Before proceeding, please acknowledge the following:

  • We can not be responsible for the loss of your data. It is your responsibility to make sure you have backed up all of your data including financial programs, My Documents, AOL , Address books etc. This should be done on a regular basis to prevent loss of your data.

  • If you have not been backing up your data, you should be. Please stop now and read Backing Up before proceeding. If you wish to have your PC repaired without backing up your data first, that is your choice. However, if your hard drive crashes or something else goes wrong while your PC is in for repair or upgrade and your data is lost, NTI can not be held responsible in any way. 

  • As professionals, you can rest assured that we will make every effort possible to maintain the stability of your data at all times..

  • NTI does not support or guarantee software of any kind. We are a hardware vendor and service center, not a software vendor. This includes all problems relating to viruses, spyware, Microsoft programs, custom software applications, or lack of user knowledge in how to use any software. We will be happy to set up an appointment to help you work out any software issues at our normal hourly rate, however we do not guarantee the integrity or stability of any software program whatsoever. You must call Microsoft or the appropriate software vendor for such support.

  • We have no control over the computer skill of the end user. If a problem arises due to lack of knowledge in the use of computers in general, accessing data in a network environment, or software of any kind, nad we are called onsite, this will be a billable event. If you wish to set up a training session with one of our highly skilled trainers, please contact us today.
