Ok the new year is here and it is time start thinking about how you are going to make this year better than the last. 2011 was a tiring year for most between the struggling economy and politics, but the clock is reset to 2012. You have a fresh new year in front of you, what are you going to do with it?

We all use technology at work and at home, so it only makes sense to focus on making these areas more efficient and productive. Here is a list of what you should be thinking about in the first week of the new year. Don't procrastinate, start today.

1. Upgrade your Computer System

• If you are not yet a QuadStation customer but need an upgrade, contact one of our support reps today. We will discuss the options with you and provide several options.
   
• If your system is more than 4 years old you may want to consider purchasing a new QuadStation system with Windows 7. It may not be worth upgrading an older system, but we will help you decide.
   
• Either way, you will get Windows 7 which has become the most trusted and reliable operating system to date. Both the 32 and 64 bit versions work extremely well with multiple screen computers and why it is now the standard operating system in all of our QuadStation Systems. More on Windows 7.

2. Increase Productivity

• The most practical way to increase productivity, is to increase efficiency of your working environment. You do this by increasing the number of monitors that you work with on your computer. You will notice an immediate difference in productivity by working on multiple monitors. Every moment counts especially during the work day. So, get the most out of your time by expanding to a multiple screen computer system and witness the difference on the very first day.
   
• Current QuadStation customers add additional displays to your system. As you already know, our systems are extremely upgradeable so adding additional monitors is as easy as adding another video card.
   
• If you have an off the shelf PC like a dell, hp etc you may be able to add a multiple display video card to that system and convert it to a much more productive machine. Restrictions apply on non NTI systems so give is a call. We will let you know if your current system can handle a multiple display video card.

3. Streamline your Workflow
