Media (pictures, video, website etc)  are managed using placeholders called Players. One player for each piece of media, and you have 10 players to work with in the software. To start it is probably easiest to think of each Player as representing one display. You will add, edit and delete your media content in the eSign Control Panel. Media content is created outside of this application and not part of this software. Supported formats are shown below. Our systems have the option of supporting up to 10 displays. Position your content using X-Y coordinate in the software.

All content filenames and playback information is stored in a <myproject.esn> file. Content files are not stored in the project file and may be located on any drive or folder accessible by the playback system.

In summary the process is as follows:

1. Create your own media content (pictures, video etc) outside of the eSign software.

2. Create a new project and Add Your Media in the eSign Control Panel and assign to a Player number (1-10).

3. Add additional media as you wish assigning each to one of the 10 Players.

4. Open project (ESN) in Project Manager to schedule the media to play at certain times.
