Video Card Warranty Information
Within the first 30 days of purchase:
-
Customer has 30 days from the date of purchase to return the card for a refund (less shipping
costs and a 25% restocking fee) based on the parameters listed herein.

All sales are
final after 30 days however the product may be sent
in for repair at any time within the warranty period of 3 years but no returns or exchanges will be accepted after
30 days whether the
packaging is opened or unopened.

If returning a card within 30 days to exchange for another card,
customer agrees to pay shipping on second card. Exchange shipping is not
free regardless of whether the original card was shipped for free.

When returning a card for a replacement within the first 30 days of
purchase, the customer has 2 choices
in this scenario.
1.) Return the card to us per the instructions herein. Once the card(s) has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement card
plus shipping costs.
2.) Pay for the replacement card and and we will ship as soon as
possible often that same day. Send the original video card back to us.
Once we receive the card and it has been fully inspected, we will issue a
credit and send you a notification and confirmation of same.

To return a product WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS please call
239.254.9206 to provide us with the serial
number on the card, the reason for return and request an RMA#. After 30
days the card(s) must be returned directly to ATI, see Manufacturers
Warranty below.

Upon approval and receipt of your RMA# we will provide you with shipping
instructions. Customer will ship product directly to the manufacturer NOT to NTI unless otherwise instructed.

Upon receipt and verification testing of the card(s) you will be issued a
credit or replacement. Please allow 7-10 days for complete process and refund. The credit
will not be processed until that card(s) has been returned to us and fully
inspected.

Everything that came with the card originally must be returned also
(brackets, screws, adapters, cables, screwdriver etc). Any items that are
damaged or missing will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cables must not be marked on, scuffed, or cosmetically damaged in any way.

are non-refundable
After 30 days:

To return a video card AFTER 30 DAYS for repair under the parameters
of the manufacturers warranty, please call ATI at 866.284.2093.

Per ATI policy NTI can not accept returns after the 30 day grace period
for any reason. The card(s) must be sent directly to ATI for repair or replacement.

No credits or refunds will be issued after 30 days of initial purchase.

ATI FireMV products are covered by a manufacturers
3 year
parts and labor limited warranty.

before submitting an RMA you may find the answer to your questions
quickly here.

Here is a list of examples that DO NOT require warranty service,
these are software issues:
- System restarts to a black screen after installation.
- Display corruption.
- Random system hangs.
- Game or Application performance
- These are software or system issues, not hardware issues. Please contact
FireMV Customer Care for assistance
- If ATI determines that any failure has been caused by misuse,
neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration or accident the
warranty is void.
- ATI bears no responsibility for failure or defect caused by any
third-party product or components whether authorized or not.
