ATI FireMV Warranty Service Request / RMA.

• After 30 days video cards purchased from NTI individually or as part of a system must be returned to ATI directly. To submit a return request, please begin by filling out the ATI RMA Request Form.

• Please note we are a hardware vendor. We do NOT support software of any kind. This includes Microsoft Windows operating system, all trading software and/or issues or performance related to these applications and all other software applications. Please refer to your individual software vendor for troubleshooting any software issues.

• Please also note that when your QuadStation ships it is running perfectly and at peak performance. If your system becomes sluggish after a while this is NOT a hardware issue. Most often it is related to lack of standard computer system maintenance and upkeep such as spyware and virus protection.
