Please note we are a hardware
vendor. We do NOT support software of any kind. This
includes Microsoft Windows operating system, all trading
software and/or issues or performance related to these
applications and all other software applications. Please refer to
your individual software vendor for troubleshooting any software issues.

Please also note that when your
QuadStation ships it is running perfectly and at peak
performance. If your system becomes sluggish after a while this
is NOT a hardware issue. Most often it is related to lack of
standard computer system maintenance and upkeep such as spyware
and virus protection.
