The Xentera GT4 PCI video card supports from two to four independent displays. If you require more than 4 displays take a look at our 8 port Xentera GT8 for up to eight displays from a single card! We have designed the Xentera GT graphic adapters to meet the current needs of our customers and industry specifications.

The Xentera GT4 offers a wide variety of personal display options and configurations. Supports any combination and size of analog or digital (DVI) monitors. All necessary cables and adapters that you will need to connect your monitors are included. The GT4 provides superior image quality with the ATI Radeon9000 chipset.

Our innovative Window Management Software, Mover^TM, comes with the Xentera GT video adapters. The software quickly and easily helps you manage the placement of windows and dialog boxes so that you can work more productively at all times.

• Windows 2000 or XP compatible PC. Intel Pentium 4 processor recommended. Window Media Edition OS not supported.

• Available PCI 2.2 slot

• 2 or more VGA or DVI monitors, depending on product support

• 8 MB minimum free hard disk space

• Memory recommendations: 128MB minimum on 2 display operation / 256MB minimum recommended on 4 display configurations / 512MB+ for 5 or more displays.

The break out cables are approximately 14" long and one cable is used for each video port (for cards requiring cables). For example an 8 port card will come with 8 cables and 8 DVI to VGA adapters. The end attaching to the Video card itself is much smaller (about the same size as a mini USB2 connection) to conserve space, and also has a threaded post for securing the cable to the card, see picture to left.

The cables are digital (DVI-I) but come with DVI to VGA adapters (not shown) for regular analog monitors. All cards come with necessary cables.

Cards supporting TV output will require the TV Adapters (PN#501157) which are sold separately under Accessories.

• Customer has 14 days to return the card for a full refund (less shipping and handling) based on the parameters listed here.
• All sales are final after 14 days however the product may be sent in for repair under warranty but no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days whether the packaging is opened or unopened.
• If returning a card within 14 days to exchange for another card, customer agrees to pay shipping on second card. Exchange shipping is not free.
• When returning a card for a replacement the customer has 2 choices in this scenario.
  1.) Return the card to us per the instructions herein. Once the card(s) has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement card. Customer pays for additional shipping costs.
  2.) Pay for the replacement card and and we will ship as soon as possible often that same day. Send the original video card back to us. Once we receive the card and it has been fully inspected, we will issue a credit and send you a notification and confirmation of same.
• To return a product please call 239.254.9206 to provide us with the serial number on the card, the reason for return and request an RMA#.
• Upon approval and receipt of your RMA# we will provide you with shipping instructions. Product will be shipped directly to the manufacturer not to NTI unless otherwise instructed.
• Upon receipt and verification testing of the card(s) you will be issued a credit. Please allow 7-10 days for complete process and refund. The credit will not be processed until that card(s) has been returned to us and fully inspected.
• Everything that came with the card originally must be returned also (brackets, screws, adapters, cables, screwdriver etc). Any items that are damaged or missing will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Cables must not be marked on, scuffed, or cosmetically damaged in any way.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

• The manufacturer of these cards is Colorgraphic Communications, Inc.

• Colorgraphic Xentera GT products are fully protected by a 3 year parts and labor warranty.

• If Colorgraphic determines that any failure has been caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration or accident the warranty is void.

• Colorgraphic bears no responsibility for failure or defect caused by any third-party product or components whether authorized or not.

• Colorgraphic offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, less the freight — Atlanta, GA, USA.

Repair

• If a product fails under the terms of this warranty, Colorgraphic will inspect the product and, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. No repairs after the warranty period has expired.

• Colorgraphic will ship a replacement product with equal to or greater capacity.

• Colorgraphic's sole liability, and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defect(s) shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question.

• Colorgraphic may, at its discretion, replace the product with a refurbished product.

• If a product fails within 30 days of purchase, Colorgraphic will replace the item at no additional cost to the consumer. The customer assumes the cost of returning the defective board to Colorgraphic.
